Fitting a workout into your busy day is easy when you take classes at our Orangetheory Fitness studio in the East End neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our studio is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, parks and offices, making it ideal for parents, professionals and students.
Our Orangetheory Fitness sessions are based on the foundation of interval training. Instead of doing the same exercise for a long period of time, you'll rotate through many stations and do different exercises for a couple of minutes at a time. This will reduce fatigue and overworked muscles while providing you with energy and a big boost in your metabolism.
Locals like coming to our center because we have instructors who are dedicated to physical fitness. Our trainers will motivate you to go just a bit faster and stretch a little more. During your sessions, they'll aid you with form and function at each station and for each piece of equipment.
No matter your fitness level, you can benefit from interval training. Since it targets multiple muscle groups, beginners will get a well-rounded workout. Those in the middle or who are experienced athletes can appreciate the fast pace and variety of exercises that each station offers.
At our East End Orangetheory Fitness studio, you can sign up for our 60-minute workout sessions. We even offer complimentary first classes for potential customers. Simply give us a call at (412) 362-3616 to choose a morning, midday or afternoon workout session. You can also schedule a class online. When contacting us, ask about the weight-loss challenges and package discounts we currently have on offer.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
